We track the public Google ratings of small service businesses around San Jose and Tracy, California. Here is what the numbers look like, so you can see where your business stands.
Across 167 businesses, the typical one has 70 Google reviews. 17% have fewer than 20, and 42% have fewer than 50.

How we got this: the latest public Google review count for each business we track, as of October 18, 2026. It is a small, local sample, not the whole market, and business names are not published. Types are grouped by words in the business name.
